Typical Problem
As with all ICTS Global Security's services our General Security provides integrated and comprehensive solutions for the prevention and minimization of risks to human lives, property and reputation of its clients. ICTS challenges to create deterrent security systems based on our methodology and considering the following principles:
- Concentration of Effort on Primary Risks
- Creating of Security Circles
- Create a dynamic and Pro-Active Security System
- Use of the factor of deterrence
- Focus on alertness & awareness
- Integration of Security with daily activities of the facility and the work plan
Our Solution
The Security Consultancy Service provided by ICTS is a synergism of services rather than a single product. The integration of the following services is what delivers world class to results to our clients:
- Security Survey: Determination of risks that a
facility has, classification of the risks by the use of
Information and Intelligence, development and presentation
of the recommended measures of personnel and technical measures.
The Security Survey, which is actually the basis of design,
is the most important task within the overall process because
it determines the implementation of remaining tasks.
- Technical System Design: An effective system is
where the human factor is supported by technical means.
Based on the cost benefit principle, ICTS Engineers design
the most cost effective security systems.
- Personnel: As mentioned earlier, the human factor
is the most fundamental factor in a security system. ICTS's
approach in maximizing human potential involves 3 main tasks
:
- Recruitment: Employee qualifications required
varies from project to project, and even location to location
in the same project. Recruitment of the correct candidate
for each location is vital for the entire project, because
security systems are too vulnerable to have any breaches
- Training: ICTS multi-media training material
develops highly motivated, highly aware and professional
security staff. The initial training provides awareness,
motivation and knowledge but not experience. To overcome
this lifelike simulations are used to give experience
of potentially dangerous situations to ensure that mistakes,
shock or panic in an emergency are avoided.
- Inspections: The effective system established
does not mean the perpetual effective system. Personnel
and System inspections and drills assure the continuity
of the highest level possible.
- Security Procedures: Procedures written for routine
and emergency situations can be defined as the "user's guide"
of the system. Procedures describe the actions that should
be taken in each routine or emergency situation, simple,
easy to understand but focused. To prevent human errors,
the procedures set must be comprehensive and should not
leave open areas where the officers will have to use initiative.
- Information Support Tasks: The Modus Operandi keeps
changing and the systems have to be designed to be adaptable
to change from the very beginning. The change depends on
awareness of the need. ICTS provides an extensive, local
and international media watch program which makes the information
readily available. "Threat Update" documents are used as
a tool to inform the clients about threats as they arise.
ICTS produce easy to use "Annual" and "Bi-annual Country
Analysis and Terror Reports" that summarize the country's
political, economical and terrorist activity intensity status
of the country.
What type of Risks are ICTS's systems designed to withstand?
ICTS generates solutions to minimize all kinds of risks that threat the client's, life, property and reputation. Terrorism is still the main threat to public and civil foundations around the world. But the list of risks that should be covered is not limited to terrorism. ICTS focuses on all risks which may vary according to client's status, location, general profile, area of operation, profitability, name, origin etc.
